2021 Chapter of the Year

AHF New Jersey Chapter

Each year AHF honors exemplary organizations, facilities, and individuals from the self-operated community with AHF’s Industry Awards. The AHF Chapter of the Year award recognizes the local AHF chapter that promotes the National Association’s mission “to provide the professional network, resources, and tools to promote self-operated foodservice and hospitality in healthcare, senior dining, and related industries.”

The 2021 winner was the AHF New Jersey Chapter. They have been active for over 40 years between AHF and its legacy associations and are committed to building up industry leaders. Since 2019 they have managed to grow their membership while maintaining operations during the pandemic. They have added innovative new programs and provided exciting educational webinars and courses. Each year the chapter provides a donation to local food banks as well as supporting AHF’s national scholarship program to help operators.
