Our 1,300-member organization brings together chefs, dietitians, foodservice managers and directors to elevate the foodservice in acute care and senior living facilities. Collectively, we develop tools and services that defend and support our self-operated members.
Our Institutional operator members are the healthcare facilities and systems that manage their own foodservice. The institutional membership can be defined as a single hospital or senior living location where at least 1 foodservice operation is self-operated and not contracted to a third party.
