Operator Membership Options

Operators from self-operated healthcare facilities, senior dining communities, and systems can join AHF at either the “single-site” or “multi-site” level. Each site will have one or more individual operator contacts linked to the Site (location). 

A Site membership can be defined as a single hospital or senior dining location. Annual dues are based on the membership options outlined below.

Single-Site Membership

Site with 1 Contact: $270
Site with 2 Contacts: $460
Site with up to 5 Contacts: $700
Site with up to 10 Contacts: $900

Multi-Site Membership
Discounted site membership available for systems that add four or more Sites as members. 
  • 4 Sites: $1,400 (8 contacts included)
  • Each additional Site: $350 (2 contacts included with each)
