Chapter Resources

AHF’s chapters are fantastic ways for the AHF community to stay connected, network, and learn at the local level. AHF is committed to providing as many resources as we can to assist chapters with their activities. 

This page will assist existing chapter board members in finding AHF provided resources or recommended tools to help you achieve ongoing success at the regional level. 

Chapter Leader Annual Report (Required)

Each year AHF Chapters will be required to complete the below annual update report to AHF National. The form will ask chapters to submit the following information or updates:

  • Full list of board members + contact details
  • Confirmation of board member membership in AHF national
  • Updated documents (upload bylaws, articles of incorporation, etc.)
  • List of known upcoming events/conferences
  • List of social media & website addresses
  • Confirmations of insurance and additional details

Zoom Meeting Request Form

AHF is pleased to offer its corporate Zoom account to chapters for use in delivering their webinars or hosting virtual board meetings. To facilitate this we have created a request form chapter leaders can use to reserve a date and time for your event. Requests should be submitted no later than 3 weeks beforehand. AHF will reserve spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Meetings cannot overlap with AHF scheduled events. 

CEU Submission Request

AHF offers support to chapters in obtaining CEU accreditation for their webinars and events. To make a request you must complete the form below. Requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the event to provide an appropriate time for accrediting bodies to review the request and issue approval. All information in the form should be completed in full to assist staff in correctly submitting your event. If you have a rush event, please contact AHF staff to discuss.

Chapter Websites

AHF offers is chapters’ use of a dedicated page on AHF’s primary website. This will allow chapters to present their leadership details, contact information, events, etc. Chapters can utilize a payment system like PayPal to collect their membership and sponsorship dues. AHF staff will help chapters get their page set up. Chapters should write all content, submit desired photos and links for AHF staff to input.

AHF PowerPoint Template

AHF has a professional, branded PowerPoint template that chapters can use on their webinars, board meetings, membership meetings, etc. Please download it below.

Chapter Logos & Branding

Below you’ll find your Chapter’s new AHF logos and to the right, the official AHF Branding Guide. The Guide will inform you of how to use your new logo, including primary and secondary colors, logo placement, fonts, etc. Please download your Chapter’s logo and replace it on your website, chapter documents, resources, signage, etc. Included below are square social profile graphics for use on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. If you have any questions about use of the new logo, please reference the Branding Guide and reach out to AHF Staff at info@healthcarefoodservice.org.

National Conference President Scholarship

Each operator Chapter President receives one full conference registration and a travel stipend to attend the National Conference. The registration code is sent out to the Chapter President in May with instructions on how to register. In the event the Chapter President cannot attend, it can be used by another Chapter officer who is also a member of AHF National.
