Keith Arnold was appointed Chief of Staff of The Nature Conservancy in 2019. In this role, Keith provides strategic advice and support to the Chief Executive Officer, facilitates the efforts of the Executive Leadership Team and the Executive Council, and works with teams across TNC to implement initiatives on behalf of executive leadership. He oversees and provides leadership to a team of professionals including the Global Board of Directors program, Global Trustee program, Executive Communications program and Executive Support functions. Keith is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Executive Council and Development Leadership Team. Keith served as Director, Office of the CEO and Executive Fundraising (2017-2018), Director of Development, Executive Fundraising (2014-2016) and Director of the Global Board of Directors program (2004-2013). Keith joined TNC in 2001 as a project coordinator for an organizational change effort to accelerate TNC’s transformation into an enduring global institution focused on achieving tangible, lasting results at scale. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education – Interdisciplinary Studies, focused on Education, Management and Leadership, both from Frostburg State University.
