Chobani’s: Maftoul Grain Bowl with Tahini Maple Yogurt Dressing

Recipe Instructions

Tahini maple yogurt dressing

  1. Place garlic and lemon in blender and pulse until broken Let rest for 5 minutes to allow lemon juice to tame the raw garlic.
  2. Add tahini and blend on medium, then start slowly drizzling in ice cold water until
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, about 1-2 Season and adjust if necessary.

Recipe

Chefs Tip: Maftoul is the Palestinian version of cous cous made from bulgur wheat. Feel free to substitute for regular cous cous in a pinch.
