What participants fondly describe as our quarterly “group therapy,” the AHF Member Power hour brings members together in an informal, supportive forum. These sessions give members a space to share challenges, swap strategies, and learn from each other’s experiences.

Power Hours are open to all AHF members and are a unique opportunity to share challenges, ask questions, and gain insight from peers in a supportive environment.
