AHF’s inaugural State of the Industry Report was released by the Association as a member benefit. To better understand trends and issues facing the healthcare foodservice industry, AHF conducted a nationwide survey of U.S. healthcare foodservice operators in July 2021. Topics included in the survey covered patient dining program models, non-patient foodservice trends, and issues faced as results of the pandemic.
In future year’s the senior living sector will be included in the report.
