Recipe Instructions

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until mixed well.
  3. Heat large skillet to medium heat.
  4. Add butter and melt, coating the skillet.
  5. Spoon batter into the skillet and gently spread into a 4-inch circle.
  6. Flip the pancake when bubbles appear around the edges, or after about 2 minutes. Cook flipped pancake for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with apple cinnamon topping or syrup.

Apple Cinnamon Topping: 

  1. In a large skillet, add butter and melt over medium heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  3. Serve over pancakes.
