½ c. Jalapenos, roasted and diced

Coleslaw
1 c. Carrots, matchstick
2 c. Green Napa cabbage, shredded
2 c. Purple cabbage, shredded
¼ c. Ranch dressing, low fat

Jalapeno-Cucumber-Ranch Sauce
¼ c. Diced roasted jalapenos
¼ c. Cucumbers, peeled & diced
1 ¼ c. Ranch dressing, low fat

Chef’s Notes:
