Our seasoned and seared Grouper delivers a light-sweet taste, served on top of pickled blueberry and creamy avocado pearled farro. Our red Swiss chard, tossed in a tangy black garlic vinaigrette is earthy and robust. The Grand Marnier gastrique provides a subtle sweet and sour flavor.
