Pan-seared Grouper over a pickled blueberry infused farro, served with sautéed Swiss chard, drizzled with a Grand Marnier citrus gastrique, complimented with a summer-citrus relish.

Our seasoned and seared Grouper delivers a light-sweet taste, served on top of pickled blueberry and creamy avocado pearled farro. Our red Swiss chard, tossed in a tangy black garlic vinaigrette is earthy and robust. The Grand Marnier gastrique provides a subtle sweet and sour flavor. The refreshing summer citrus relish, is bright and clean, balancing out this dish.
