Dish description:

Sliced, pan-seared hanger steak rests of a bed of sauteed Swiss chard and shaved Brussel sprouts. Hanger steak is garnished with a fresh chimichurri, guajillo chili sauce and blueberry foam. Mojo marinated gulf shrimp rests against a layered tower of cooked faro and Swiss chard stem risotto, Cuban inspired frijoles negros with black garlic, and sliced avocado.
